RKBC services

We have had a few clients who seem unsure of exactly what we can do for them so we have written a list of services Rob Kellock Business Consulting offers:

The aim of this blog

As a Management Consultant providing management systems, auditing and project support for a range of industries including Construction, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Engineering, Government, etc and working with all sizes of companies from a one person organisation to global corporation, I thought, conceitedly, that I may have something useful to say.

Less conceitedly I have no idea whether anyone will read this blog, but I thought I would use it as a way of keeping my thoughts in order and recording my businesses progress.
There are many highly capable intellectuals in the business world coming up with complicated theories that big business spends weeks and thousands of dollars trying to apply whereas small businesses, who often need the most help, don't have the time, resources or inclination to even consider 'theories'.

I thought it was time to concentrate on some basics to build solid, smaller businesses. As such I will write my thoughts based on my experience and if a helpful theory drops out of it all well and good.
